Stable Name: Mac

Breeding: Palomino Stallion 1995 by Ranchwood Rum Laddie (TB) out of Ranchwood Golden Rhonda (Welsh)

A dream come true! That’s how to describe Mac, he is the most consistent gutsy little chap with the heart of a lion and the legs of a kangaroo!
He has the sweetest and kindest of temperaments together with being a stunning deep golden iridescent palomino colour.

Mac has been in the Vincent family since being a two year old, he was Hannah’s schoolmaster who is just a few pounds off becoming grade A; he took Hannah in the summer of 2009 into Senior BS.

His trademark aerobatics make him an interesting ride but that aside he will turn on a sixpence and always gives his very best.

In the late Spring of 2011 with the extremely hard ground conditions and Mac now rising 16 years old, it was decided to give him a break from show jumping and to concentrate on showing him instead (He is very pretty!) in the veteran horse classes. This has gone far, far better than either Hannah or Mum Sue could ever dream of, with many red rosettes, championships, supreme championships and the Veteran of Great Britain award from the Royal London Horse Show 2011. The ambition for 2012 was to try to qualify Mac for the world famous London Olympia Show. The dream came true last December 2012 when Mac had a superb first attempt at the Veteran Horse showing final by being placed Reserve Champion out of a top class of twelve of the very best Veteran horses and ponies from over the whole country.
